PIZZA 薄餅
五一勞動節假期,不想外出,見雪櫃有
SARGENTO Mozzarella Cheese
, 於是取出麵粉做個簡單
Pizza
,材料就只有粟米粒和素火腿 。
今次將麵團的發酵時間增加一倍至兩小時,原來餅底的鬆軟亦會增加。
